Qualifications For This Job
- 18 years or older
- Willing to work from home
- Must have a private and comfortable working area free from distractions
- 2 years of Customer Service experience required (Call center experience a plus)
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
- Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
- Basic Typing skills
- Strong Written Skills

Pay starts from $10-$12 an hour depending on your experience.
The Aventus certification facility located in Charleston, SC. A two week in-office training is required, so you must be able to go to their facility Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm.
You must also have:
- A computer
- Newer desktop computer (no older than 3 years) with up-to-date software including at least Windows 7 minimum
- An active email account
- High-speed Internet hardwired (not Wi-Fi) 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- A USB noise canceling headset
