As a customer service rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls for HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor is the nation’s largest online home improvement marketplace.
You will assist customers with appointments and referrals to pre-screened home-improvement contractors.
And for the sales part of the job:
You will be expected to use upselling and cross-selling techniques to convert inquiries into referrals. And when you meet and exceed your sales goals, they reward you with bonuses and incentives!
